Prepare 3 buah of cabe merah keriting.
Prepare 2 buah of cabe merah besar (buang bijinya).
It's 15 buah of cabe rawit merah.

Daging ayam di cuci bersih lalu kucuri air jeruk nipis/ lemon lokal....aduk rata dan diamkan 15 menit....lalu bilas..
Potong potong kecil daging ayam kemudian bagi menjadi 3 bagian.... lalu masing masing bagian di blender dengan menggunakan blender kecil untuk bumbu...jika semua sudah halus sisihkan..
Siapkan bumbu/bahan lainnya : iris iris cukup halus daun bawang prei nya... buang tulang daun jeruk, lalu iris halus....sereh di cuci sampai basah (supaya tidak mudah terbakar), lalu bagian pangkalnya di kerat agar aromanya keluar..
Siapkan bumbu yang akan dihaluskan....lalu iris iris, dan masukkan ke dalam blender serta beri sedikit minyak goreng agar mudah di blender...blender sampai bumbu halus..
Tumis bumbu halus dengan minyak secukupnya, aduk aduk sampai wangi lalu masukkan irisan daun bawang dan daun jeruk..
Lalu aduk aduk, bila sudah tercampur rata lalu matikan api kompor. Diamkan bumbu sampai hilang panasnya....kemudian masukkan daging ayamn.

Bakar menggunakan teflon/ grill pan....sate lilit di bakar sambil di bulak balik dan sesekali ditutup dengan tutup panci agar matang merata..
