Soto Betawi Santan step by step
- Potong-potong daging, rebus sampai empuk. Sisa kaldu sekitar 500 ml.
- Rebus paru dengan daun salam dan garam sampai empuk. Dinginkan. Potong-potong. Goreng. Sisihkan.
- Tumis bumbu halus, bumbu lainnya sampai matang. Masukkan kedalam rebusan daging. Masukkan santan, beri garam gula penyedap sesuai selera. Jika kuah dirasa terlalu kental boleh tambahkan air. Masak sampai mendidih. Matikan api.
- Tata dalam mangkuk : kentang, paru, tomat, siram kuah soto dan daging sapi, beri daun bawang, bawang goreng, sambal, kecap, perasan jeruk,emping. Sajikan dengan nasi hangat..
